Although thiazides may have a tendency to affect blood sugar, the smal er doses used in these combinations may have little or no effect on blood sugars and may actual y be needed to control blood pressure. 2) Gatifloxacin (Tequin) is longer manufactured because of its serious adverse effects on blood glucose. It is stil available for sale on some online pharmacies.
