2006 ROK CUP INTERNATIONAL FINAL
Following up the big success of the past editions we are glad to inform you that Vortex is going to organize the 2006 Rok Cup International Final scheduled for the weekend 13/15 October 2006 on the South Garda Karting Circuit (Lonato –Italy).
After 3 consecutive years we could have chosen a different Circuit for the 2006 event, but considering the marvellous area in which the circuit was built, the excellent on-track services they can offer and also the facility with which everyone can get there, we decided to maintain the same Given that, here are some of the most important incoming news expected for this year’s event:
- After the 2005 debut of the Junior Rok (34 drivers), the new powerful Super Rok (34 drivers)
category will take part to the race this year;
- During the event, we will organize a NEAFP race, National Event with Authorised Foreign
Participation, for the Mini Rok Class (28 drivers);

- Due to the above mentioned changes, this year you will see the whole Rok engines family on
the track and for sure it will be such an exiting event as never before!
- The number of participants in the Rok Class has increased from 69 to 96 due to the fact that
many Countries have launched the Rok class for the first time this year. - As a matter of fact, the 2006 Rok International Final will involve new countries such as Philippine, Malaysia, Indonesia and Macau : these Countries have organized their Mini-
Junior- and Rok Championship for the first time and thanks to the determination of the promoters, the local national championships are having a great success. - Moreover, the Countries in which all the Rok classes are already well-established will be given the opportunity to introduce some new drivers during this event.

A seguito dell’enorme successo riscosso dalle passate edizioni, Vortex sta organizzando la Finale Internazionale ROK 2006 , prevista per il week-end del 13/15 Ottobre 2006 presso il Circuito
Internazionale South Garda Karting (Lonato/BS).
Dopo 3 anni consecutivi, in qualità di organizzatori avremmo potuto scegliere un’altra località per l’evento….ma considerata la meravigliosa area in cui sorge il Circuito, la funzionalità dei servizi offerti dai gestori della pista e la facilità con cui la si può raggiungere, abbiamo optato per la stessa Detto ciò, ecco alcune anticipazioni sulle numerose novità introdotte quest’anno:
- Dopo il debutto nel 2005 della Junior Rok (34 piloti), la nuova e potente categoria Super Rok
(34 piloti) sarà ammessa alla Finale di quest’anno;
- Durante la manifestazione, verrà anche organizzata una gara ENPEA, Gara Nazionale a
Partecipazione Straniera, per la Classe Mini Rok (28 piloti);

- A seguito dei cambiamenti sopra descritti, quest’anno vedrete scendere in pista l’intera
famiglia dei Motori Rok e di sicuro sarà un evento come mai prima d’ora!

- Il numero dei partecipanti nella categoria ROK è stato aumentato da 69 a 96 , visto e
considerato che numerose Nazioni hanno lanciato questa categoria per la prima volta quest’anno.
- La Finale Internazionale 2006 segnerà il debutto anche di alcuni paesi asiatici come Filippine,
Malesia, Indonesia e Macau : questi Paesi hanno organizzato I propri Campionati Rok- Mini-
e Junior- per la prima volta, e grazie all’aiuto e l’impegno dei loro promotori e/o organizzatori, - Inoltre, ai Paesi in cui le categorie Rok sono già più che consolidate, verrà offerta la possibilità di schierare alcuni nuovi piloti.
