1. An order confirmation with an estimated delivery date will be sent within 48 hours of receipt.
2. Delivery times:
i) Stocking orders for frequently used products will be delivered within 2 to 4 weeks. ii) All other orders will be provided with an estimated delivery date. iii) Separate urgent orders (1 to 3 items) will be delivered as soon as possible, under normal circumstances within 3 days, and an extra administration cost will be charged. iv) Exceptions to 2 i) and unavoidable delays may occur due to situations outside AB BIODISK’s control e.g. limited availability of antibiotic powders from manufacturers. 3. Etest will be automatically dispatched by UPS Courier Service DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid - Incoterms 2000). 4. Special delivery arrangements can be provided when specifically requested. Note: The customer will be fully responsible for delays, losses and other unforeseen effects when goods are transported by other means. Postal packages are not traceable and are often treated differently at customs and unacceptable delays can occur. 5. Etest products can be transported at room temperature (20-30°C) and on receipt stored according to instructions on the package. Etest can be retransported at room temperature for a maximum of 5 days and again be immediately stored according to instructions. 6. The customer should inform AB BIODISK of all import and customs regulations that must be fulfilled by the dispatcher. The customer must also fulfil all customs regulations as the importer. If the above have not been fulfilled, the customer is fully responsible for delays, losses and/or other unforeseen effects.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
1. We reserve the right to alter prices and the buyer will be notified prior to the order confirmation. 2. Prices are DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid - Incoterms 2000) and postage, insurance costs and freight charges will be 3. Payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date, unless other conditions have been agreed upon. After the final payment due date, an interest of 12.5% per year will be automatically charged to your invoice on a monthly basis. Payment delay will result in a stop of shipment until the pending payment is settled in full.
RETURN OF GOODS
1. Incorrect items shipped due to an error by AB BIODISK are returnable after written authorisation from AB BIODISK. Please quote the "Return Number" provided by AB BIODISK. 2. Items are not returnable due to an error by the customer. AB BIODISK warrants that the products in the price list will perform satisfactorily for the purpose intended, when
stored and transported as directed and used before the expiry date, according to instructions provided. Tampering of the
products or its labels is totally prohibited and will invalidate product warranty. Results obtained with AB
BIODISK products are dependent upon the procedures indicated in the latest edition of the package insert and other
procedural guides provided by AB BIODISK. In addition, the user is referred to the specific warranty and disclaimer for
each product. Any change or modification in the procedure may affect results in which case AB BIODISK disclaims all
warranties, expressed and implied, including the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose.
