Dances of Universal Peace, Kingston, Ontario presents a workshop with Yasmin Germaine Haut Senior Teacher of the Dances Saturday, October 20, 2007 Prior experience in dancing or singing is NOT required. The Dances of Universal Peace are an interfaith tradition of sacred dance and spiritual practice dedicated to peace, within and without. They integrate folk dance movements with sacred phrases, chants, and music from the world's religious and spiritual traditions. Yasmin Germaine Haut is a gifted teacher of the Dances of Universal Peace. She comes to us from her home in Pennsylvania, USA, with the experience of many years of dancing and teaching the dances. She is a member of the Mentor Teachers Guild, a group of senior dance leaders who train and certify new teachers of the dances. Date: Saturday, October 20, 2007
