of BMW Group University Studios. This included all media productions (including Marketing, Corporate Communications, technical, professional development, training, and distance learning) across the BMW, MINI, and Rolls Royce brands. Maintained all strategic initiatives, budget and financial responsibility.
• Over the five years I was General Manager, I was able to grow the department from 8 to 17 employees,
and increased contract profitability significantly.
• Oversaw transition from Broadcast Satellite Network to VOD platform, as well as standard definition to
high definition production and post-production.
• Acted as the “bridge builder” between departments who hadn’t worked together in the past to create
synergies and cost savings on productions. This strategy culminated with a 630 mile “road trip” production to introduce the new 3 Series and X5 Diesel models that combined resources from the University, Marketing, Web and Engineering departments.
• Increased quality of productions and interaction with BMW employees to the extent that demand was so
high that we needed to double staff to accommodate all requests.
