ARABSAT E-BOOKING SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS This e-Booking service ("Service") is offered to you by Arab Satellite Organization (ARABSAT).
The Service will allow you to make booking of any of Arabsat Services on-line. At the end of the
registration process, your registration information will be reviewed by Arabsat and subject to approval.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND, IF YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE, THEN
PRESS 'Agree' AT THE END TO PROCEED WITH REGISTRATION. OTHERWISE, PRESS 'Disagree' OR YOUR
BROWSER'S 'BACK' BUTTON TO RETURN TO THE RBCM HOME PAGE.
If you register to utilize this Service, you understand and agree that:
1. You are responsible for ensuring that your registration information is complete and accurate,

progress of submissions through the e-Booking system.
3. ARABSAT retains the copyright on all information made available to you through the Service and

there may be technical issues that affect the provision of the Service, variances as to how the
ARABSAT posts its programs; or complicated bookings that require assistance from and/or

you will be given three attempts to enter the correct User ID and password sequence. You agree
that, if, on the third attempt, the User ID and password is incorrectly entered, the e-Booking
system will prohibit you from creating a booking until such time that your account has been re-
activated by the Service. You agree that your organization's primary contact will be responsible
for contacting the Service to reinstate a user account that has been suspended for whatever

or other electronic code that, in the sole opinion of the Service is considered harmful to the
Service, the Service reserves the right to take action as deemed necessary to disinfect such

amended Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes your

11. The Service is provided only for the purposes described on this Web page and cannot be used
