ARABSAT E-BOOKING SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS This e-Booking service ("Service") is offered to you by Arab Satellite Organization (ARABSAT). The Service will allow you to make booking of any of Arabsat Services on-line. At the end of the registration process, your registration information will be reviewed by Arabsat and subject to approval. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND, IF YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE, THEN PRESS 'Agree' AT THE END TO PROCEED WITH REGISTRATION. OTHERWISE, PRESS 'Disagree' OR YOUR BROWSER'S 'BACK' BUTTON TO RETURN TO THE RBCM HOME PAGE. If you register to utilize this Service, you understand and agree that: 1. You are responsible for ensuring that your registration information is complete and accurate, 2. You shall be aware that the information you supplied will be used to identify users and track progress of submissions through the e-Booking system. 3. ARABSAT retains the copyright on all information made available to you through the Service and 4. You should not rely on the Service as your exclusive method of booking with the ARABSAT, as there may be technical issues that affect the provision of the Service, variances as to how the ARABSAT posts its programs; or complicated bookings that require assistance from and/or 5. If you have a valid e-Booking User ID and password, and you are logging in to create a booking, you will be given three attempts to enter the correct User ID and password sequence. You agree that, if, on the third attempt, the User ID and password is incorrectly entered, the e-Booking system will prohibit you from creating a booking until such time that your account has been re- activated by the Service. You agree that your organization's primary contact will be responsible for contacting the Service to reinstate a user account that has been suspended for whatever 6. In the event the Service receives an electronic transmission from you that is infected with a virus or other electronic code that, in the sole opinion of the Service is considered harmful to the Service, the Service reserves the right to take action as deemed necessary to disinfect such electronic transmission. The Service will not be liable for any changes that may occur to the electronic transmission submitted by you, including rendering such transmission unreadable, as 7. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 8. NO ACTION MAY BE BROUGHT BY ANY PERSON AGAINST ARABSAT FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND CAUSED BY ANY REASON OR PURPOSE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, 9. ARABSAT may discontinue the E-BOOKING Service without notice. 10. ARABSAT may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by providing notice to you of the amended Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions. 11. The Service is provided only for the purposes described on this Web page and cannot be used 12. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the ENGLAND & WALS, without giving effect to the conflict of law provisions of UNITED KINGDOM or your actual state or country of residence. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of these Terms and Conditions to be unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect.
